干擾素（IFN）是一個具有強大抗病毒、抗增殖和免疫調(diào)節(jié)特性的細(xì)胞因子家族，根據(jù)其對細(xì)胞表面受體的結(jié)合特異性進(jìn)行分類。在人類和小鼠基因組中發(fā)現(xiàn)了十幾種密切相關(guān)的IFN-α亞型，每種亞型共享約80%的氨基酸（aa）序列同源性。人類IFNA2、IFNA2a、IFNA2b和IFNA2c有幾種變體，它們只相差幾個點突變。成熟人IFNA2b的胞外結(jié)構(gòu)域（ECD）與小鼠IFNA2具有59%的aa序列同一性。
